Information shared in therapy is treated confidentially. It is not shared without your consent unless there is a serious risk of harm, a safeguarding concern or a legal obligation to disclose.
Brief therapy notes and appointment information are kept securely and used only for professional practice, supervision, administration and legal or ethical responsibilities.
Stellar Counselling is not an emergency service. If you feel at immediate risk, call 999 or go to A&E. If you need urgent mental health support in the UK, contact NHS 111 or call the Samaritans free on 116 123.
